Session Format & Schedule

  1. Poster Slide UploadBefore the workshop
    Please submit your one-page PDF slide for the 100-second introductory talk by August 16, 2025.
    Name your file as: #_(Last Name)_(First Name).pdf (e.g., 8_Io_Iao-Fai.pdf). Here, # is the presenter number shown in the list below.
    Send your file to: tundra-reputed-0q@icloud.com
    When sending, please include the subject line: iTHEMS-NCTS Workshop Slide No.#
    These slides will be used during the introductory session at 2:00 PM on August 19.
  2. Poster SetupAug 18 (Day 1), after lunch
    Presenters may begin attaching their posters after lunchtime on August 18. Ten pieces of strong magnets will be provided to each presenter for attaching posters to the whiteboards. Presenters are free to attach posters to any whiteboards on their designated floor.
  3. Introductory TalksAug 19 (Day 2)
    On August 19, 14:00–15:00 in Okochi Hall, each presenter will give a 100‑second talk. Please include a brief self‑introduction, research topic, abstract, and the significance (why the research is interesting).
  4. Poster Presentations – Group 1
    15:00–16:00 (Day 2)
  5. Poster Presentations – Group 2
    16:00–17:00 (Day 2)
  6. RemovalAug 21 (Day 4)
    Presenters must remove posters by 13:40 on August 21, as lunch service will be set up in the same area. Participants are welcome to view and discuss posters on August 20 and August 21.
